Since the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak, it has become clear that nothing is more critical than the health and safety of our Clients. Flying by a private jet or helicopter reduces the exposure of passengers to the virus. One of many reasons is that the aircraft is not shared with other passengers and it is completely private. Pilots, flight attendants and handling staff are using face masks and gloves during each flight.
Company pilots and staff have been advised on appropriate hand washing and hygiene techniques, as well as being provided hand sanitizer.
All aircraft are cleaned and disinfected between flights in accordance with IATA Guidelines.
Interior surfaces, seats, belts, handles are cleaned with disinfectant between all charters.
Carpets are vacuumed and seat pockets are emptied of rubbish.

2What types of private airplanes are available for charter? What is the passenger capacity?
There is a significant variety of different aircraft types. From very small jets with maximum capacity of 4 passengers up to heavy jets with capacity of up to 19 passengers. For larger groups there is the option of an Airliner (Airbus ACJ319 / Boeing Business Jets (BBJ). You may also charter two airplanes in case you don’t want the option of a large Airliner in case your group is more than 19 passengers.
3What types of private helicopters are available for charter? What is the passenger capacity?
Helicopters are divided in two main types. Single-engine and Twin-engine. There are also VIP configurated helicopters which means that the passenger seats are facing each other. The capacity depends on each helicopter. If the helicopter is operated by only one pilot, the seat next to the pilot is also considered as a passenger seat. You may also charter two or more helicopters in case the passenger number exceeds one helicopter’s passenger capacity.
4How much time is needed to fly after I book my flight?
Once you book your flight and you have received your confirmation, you will be able to fly once the aircraft is fully ready and all flight permits are confirmed. A flight can be performed even within one hour after confirmation.
5What are the required travel documents in order to perform a private charter flight?
The travel documents are the same for private flights as for commercial flights. For domestic and international flights, each passenger needs to hold his/her valid passport. Due to the current circumstances raised by the Covid-19 pandemic, travelers must be aware about each country’s travel restrictions before booking a flight. Some countries have closed borders, and any country may further restrict travel or bring in new rules with little warning.

6Can I cancel an already booked flight?
